DeerKing
"DINKS"?
OH MY LAND!
Those pictures are simply amazing! And the buck in the rocks, he looks like something "REAL" special. Not that everyone of them aren't.

Thanks for sharing the photos and welcome.

Amazing!

The "King" has arrived! It's about time you visited this site. I think you'll like it Jeff, not as active as the other but the folks here are much more relaxed. :)

If Jeff decides to post some more photos folks, hold on to your chairs....simply amazing. Thanks for posting these up Jeff and welcome.

Hey Roy thanks for the welcome. Been looking around here for a while, looks like a nice place to hang out.

Here is a better picture of the buck in the rocks....

Thanks for the great pictures. =D> It gives hope to see animals like this still running around.

Questions...

1. I have the same question as shorty, do you get to hunt these bucks?

2. And is it just me or does that "rock" buck look a lot bigger in the distance than he does up close? He has tremendous MASS!

3. How close are you to these deer when you photograph them?

I'll try not to ask to many more questions. :)

Thanks again! :thumb

These bucks spend time between national forest and private land. Every year at least one of the bigguns get whacked while spending time on public. My wife has a tag there this year, fingers are crossed. The second picture of the rock buck is from 2-3 years ago, its the only close up I have of him, could not get close to him this year. He is a bit more massive this year and a helluva lot more skittish. Pics were taken any where from 35 yards up to 200. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the reply. Best of luck with you and your wife taking one of those beauties! That definitely makes more since on that Mass buck, he looks to be MUCH bigger now.

Thanks for sharing!
