thanks guys! We saw around 300 deer, ONE WAS ALREADY FORKING AND HIS ANTLERS WERE HIGHER THEN HIS EARS!!! HE IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER!!!! We saw about 11 elk and 4 turkeys. My dad did good and caught about 7? but only kept the biggest one, i had enough bad luck that the rest of my year should be good. I put on new braided line and this was the first time out, had a lil more on there then it could handle and kept getting knots. I had one large fish hit the lure and as i let him take a lil line out my line came off in a big knot and i lost tension, the fish, and my patience. Soon after this i tried to set the hook on a bite and broke my rod. Needless to say this trip wasn't starting out how i had intended. After fixing my line multiple times and getting my rod set back up i was to late.... or so it seemed, I kept fishing not wanting to give up and on one of my last cast's managed to catch a huge rainbow trout!!!! he was probably about 16 inches around!!!! Guess everything turned out ok! (ill get pics up in a while!)

Great looking fish! I am jealous I wish I could go tangle my line and break a rod to catch one! =D>
