Brought the littlest ones fishing today
Brought the littlest ones fishing today
Well, my oldest son, my brother, and I brought the little ones fishing at a local pond today to take advantage of the nice weather (The way the season has been going ya never know when it will turn for the worse!)
Skylor, my youngest son, really knocked them dead today. He cousin Jenna did pretty well too. All in all it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to get back out there tomorrow!

Looks fun! I'm planning on taking my kids out to a local pond this weekend in between trying to find a turkey.
There's always next year

The third pic was Skylor fighting a big 'bow. He actually got it right to the bank (that's his oldest brother getting ready to grab it) before it snapped his line and took off.waynedevore wrote:Fun day. The young guy is really braced. A snag or big one?
He did the same thing today. He DID manage to land his biggest fish to date but lost an even bigger one after that. He loved it...even when he lost the big ones. Besides, the one he did land is dang near as big as one of his legs! (I posted the pics from today's trip in another thread)
