Weird reaction to being shot at.

It looks like the buck may have been hit with some debris.
What do you think?

wherever they hit I think its safe to say it was not a lethal hit. Pretty nice looking goat :thumb

Maybe another possibility is that the limping wasn't caused by being hit by anything. I would imagine that other animals aside from humans could get a cramp in their leg. What if thats all that caused the limping? By the end of the video he was walking on it again and in certain parts of the video it looked like he was stretching it out. Just something that crossed my mind when I saw the goat extend and retract his leg really slowly! haha

He appears to have been limping BEFORE the shot. Was there more shots not on camera? Nice Buck though.

That was the first shot and there was a little rise between the shooter and the buck. The shooter was about 300 yards to my right. So the buck was quartering away from them. When the buck ran, it went into a little swell in the terrain and out of view of the shooter. We saw the buck later that afternoon and it seemed to be fine.
