I've never shed hunted before, but I'm wondering if parleys/lambs canyon area gets too much snow and the elk don't stay there.....i know where a ton of elk were the last 5 days of the extended archery season, just not sure how much snow accumulated the rest of the winter, if it's even worth looking for sheds there, thanks!

I've been told that most the Elk in that area move to all the farms/fields/private property at the base of the mountains on the west side of Morgan but ya never know. Could go up Parleys and find a whole mess of sheds!

I went up that way one season and didn't find much. But that was years ago and I could have been in a bad spot for sheds. Let us know how it turns out.

I know a couple guys who hit Parley's and if you can time it right, you can find a few horns, but it gets POUNDED!!! It's right next to Salt Lake, so of course everyone and there dog is gonna hit it up there. Nobody ever finds them all, but you'd be pretty lucky to find much of anything at this point.
