On my Colorado DOW deer and elk tags there is a space for 10/11 HIP, which I know to be "Harverst Information Program" number, and I have that from my small game license. But what is "10 BTP" and "10 SHC" and what should be filled in there?

Great replies, thanks. I've sighted in for the 180 Core-Lokt. It seems to be the opinion of most that the Core-Lokt will do just fine, so as they are half the price it allowed me to shoot twice as much for the same cost. That, and the limb saver, let me put a lot of rounds down range at the weekend ...

165 on deer isn't the issue that most people have, but it's effectiveness on elk. Less drop = greater accuracy so better shot placement.
