Re: Archery dove and Quail
I've only done it once, but just a good ole target tip did the job real nicely! The bowfishing arrows may work too, as it would give you a much better chance at retrieval. It may end up hung up in the trees too though...just a few ideas!

Re: Couple a 3 punks
I was going to say the same exact thing as you guys...got off way too easy. $1,000 isn't a fine, it's a permit fee. If they wanted to make it a fine, add another zero!

Re: Bow rest
I had one for a while as well, and have no complaints about it. I split an arrow shooting it, it doesn't move, and your arrow is never going to fall. It's a pretty foolproof design. I've moved to the QAD rest, and like it even more, but not sure why.

Re: NFL Replacement Refs
Sucks to watch, and I'm sure even worse being a Packer fan, but it's great for marketing! When have you ever seen mainstream news, social media, etc sooooo consumed in football? They've got people talking and talking, and when (if) the regular refs come back, it will be big news and people will be e...

Re: Fighting Elk
Cool picture. On a trip to Hardware Ranch two years ago a couple got to fighting and they ended up kicking the sleigh we were in. It was funny, cool, and a little scary as well considering my little kids were sitting right near where the hooves were hitting the rails. Is Hardware Ranch up in northe...

Re: Russell Outdoors... Any users
I'm with all of these guys...I have always used King's gear because of the price, and was a little hesitant to try Russell. Now that I've tried it, I absolutely love it and plan on fully converting! Colors also don't fade when washing like most of the other brands do, all in all I'm very impressed.

Nice! I was wondering if anyone had been finding anything lately, especially with all the time being put in hunting/scouting!
