there are plenty of areas in those two regions that hold antelope. just dont think you have to shoot the first buck you see. they will be skittish as the people start pushing them from off the roads. you will need some good optics and lay low or put something out that has white on it to draw them in...

i know the winds have them and that some areas in Utah Uintas held them at one time. Just wondering if any particular lakes are still holding good numbers with size. As these areas hold a lot of water and you could spend a lot of time looking when I would rather spend it fishing.

My experience on this unit has shown me to go to the top and hike down at least 300 yards from the roads. the deer and elk all hang out there away from the pressure. it is steep and thick but that has been where the animals have been for me.

Float tubing is great exercise and rehab for my knee as i found out. my legs burned after a few hours of fighting the wind and my knees felt great like they did when i was in rehab

speed goats will be found in the rougher terrain, my wife killed a nice buck in the foothills above some flats. we had to choose between two nice bucks that were up in there away from the rest of the smaller bucks and groups on the flats. it seems they headed up in the hills to bed down where we hun...
