What am I doing wrong?

I just posted a video to the video site. But when I go into view it it is grainy beyond belief. What settings have you guys found works best for posting videos. I am using Windows movie maker for downloading them and creating the wmv file.

Humm not sure exactly, it's speeding them up big TIME. I've had that happened before on a TRIAL version of software, meaning it's copyrighted wouldn't convert correct?

I know I had the same thing happen to me, just can't remember why exactly right now. I'll let you know if I figure it out.
