Cool and sad story at the same time. Cool that the DNR let them keep the antlers, and that a bull that big lived in MN. Sad that such a bull died in such a manner.

Wow, Wow, and another WOW. Thanks for the link. That is one truly crazy/amazing story. What a bummer of a way to go/end for such a Majestic beast. Glad the DNR figured out how to treat people right with the rack. What an amazing bull.

That's a great bull for sure and a wild elk too. They're not real sure they want elk in the first place and sell the 30 tags for $250.00 each. I'd be happy with a chance at an elk like that for $250.00!!
