quick spin

I was wondering if any one had anything good or bad to say about quick spin flechings they look heavy and look like they would cause drag. I can not find a fleching that I am 100% happy with and am thinking about trying quick spin

GOOD

1. They create more rotations than conventional vanes as advertised.
2. On some arrows they give a better FOC due to the added weight.

BAD

1. WAY too expensive for what you get.
2. They do NOT hold up as well as other vanes. (durability is poor)
3. On some set-ups they actually create a poorer FOC.

Just my opinion, but I tested them a lot. I shoot a helical vane with great results. Have you tried Flex Fletch vanes? How about the new Bohning vanes? (ribbed)

NAP makes some excellent products but I am sorry to say Quickspin isn't one of them. I would agree with BOHNTR about durability, they simply dont hold up! Another downer to them is they are VERY noisy! They sound like a gush of air, not something a deer would be accustomed to hearing out at 50 or 60 yards! They are over rated if you ask me, real pricy and in reality not worth 1/2 the price! Some people like the idea of a spoilier on their veins though! They were also one of the heaviest veins on the market. Opinion stated.

I Love them and I will always use them just the price is to much

I tried them with some mechanical broadheads to see if they would fly any better. The arrows pattern didn't change a bit. Next I'm going to try them with with some thunderhead tips to see if they help those any. Not to impressed so far for the price. ???
