Tricks to removing glued inserts

Is there a way to remove an insert from a carbon arrow if it has been glued in?
The right thing to do and the hard thing to do are usually the same thing

I heat them up over the stove, but be careful not to ruin tha arrow if its still good.

Heat was my thought too. l thought about boiling water with an old broadhead on the end then using that to pull it out...
