Very interesting post Hawk! It is good to see a states dedication to research of their managment system. Maybe other states should start somthing like this if they would like to maximize their deer management.

Killer nice elk man!!! I agree with your daughter too you did shoot a big ewlk . No elk are small plus you did all the work on your own while you were camping with your family!!! I would consider it one of my best trophies if I were you!

Hey Victor, I would just search the different species that we have in the U.S. on google and see what Wikipedia says about them. It is pretty accurate and will give you all the basics on the animal.
