Gettin Ready For The 2011 Waterfowl Season
About now is time for me to get ready for the 2011 Waterfowl season. Since I didnt draw a big game tag this year I get to begin my calling practice extra early. I try and look for a really good new waterfowling accessory every year. What is a good one that you guys would recommend?

I can tell u what not to get. i bought a stealth otter 2000 12ft duck bout bout 4 years ago and hate it. i should have bought a regular jon boat. first time i shot out of it felt like we were going to tip over. there is no room in it and it sits scarey low in the water.

I know this is old but my suggestion is got some decoys that don't resemble what ur hunting, aroun my area we get a few green wings and widgeon but were having trouble with mallards commuting, so we through put 6 Greenwich decoys and after that it was a whole new ball game
Hunt til there is nothing to hunt, then go farther and hunt harder the big one will turn up
