Which Trail Cam is the best
I have finally talked my wife in to letting me buy some trail cams i am looking to stay some were around at most $250 any suggestions would be great. I had a friend that bought a stealth cam and it cost him some were around 350 and it was always behind the deer Ive figured out infrared is much better then motion activated.

I bought a 3.0 MP Stealth Cam Digital Scouting Camera.
I have been very impressed with it. I had troubles with my first camera and native outdoors was more than willing to work with me. They sent a new one with no questions. They are very helpfull.
I will send you pictures if you would like.
The last couple weeks I have been getting 300 pictures a night of elk.
Very clear pictures. Good flash range.
The only thing I suggest is to buy a 6 volt rechargeable battery. They last for 2 weeks. If you were to buy d batterys for the camera it will eat them up in a couple nights. Would get very expensive.
Camera- $180.00
Battery- $7.00

I just bought a Moultree 4.0. I got 74 pictures in 1 night and I could bearly make out the elk. Not impressed so far.
I will download pictures tonight so you can compare.

Antlersoutwest, those are some great pictures. I was just curious how accurate you felt the camera was/is. In other words, have you found that it was missing events.
One of the camera's I have takes great pictures but I know it missed events from testing it. I have set it up in my yard and walked past it and it would trigger about 50% of the time. Has your experience been different with the stealth cam?
