Not sure I remember............but is this on the Pahvant? I have a muzz tag on the Fishlake so I wish they were up there :222

But I do have one of my good hunting buddies that has a Muzz tag on the Pahvant.....so if this is not super secret.....where are these bulls at? There are a couple on there that look very good!

Yes this is on the Pahvant and I had my once in a lifetime tag several years ago so as fun as it is to see these elk I can't hunt them. My boys how ever are up in the 10 bonus point range so I hope that they will some day get a tag out of the stupid system that Utah uses to hand out tags.
Fish lake, these bulls are only on this spring in the summer. just after they shed their velvet they move up to where the cows summer and cut out their share and herd them off to their favorite rutting grounds. So by the time your friend's muzzleloader hunt rolls around the elk will be gone from this spring. If you want to send me your email address in a PM I'll hook up with you and figure out how to share the locations of the rutting grounds that I know of.
After the elk leave this spring I always get some good deer pictures.
I pulled the card from the spot of my second lion pictures tonight.
There were lion tracks in the dust of the trail but he didn't make it in any of the 188 pictures that were on the card.
Mostly does and fawns and two of the same little bucks bucks as before.
I'll have to move my cameras so as to get pictures of something new.
I did go see Bow nut last night and mooched his cams from him so I'll set them out too and see what shows up.

It sure looks like the same elk to me.

What do the rest of you think?

If they are not the same elk then they are brothers.

It may ahve lost some of it's curl on its antlers but look at the mass it has put on.

WOW!
Live to hunt, hunt to live.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell
the difference.
