Ya, give him a few years and the width will improve. Plus, ya can’t get the big ones if your tag is filled with a small one. With my luck, a 30 incher would be a few yards away watchin me gut em. Murphy and I are all too well aquainted.
Buck Sniper reminds me of this one mule deer I shot, a big bodied 2 by 3 on the Idaho/Montana state line a few years back, and right up in the brush was his dad just chilling, and where I was at it is 1 deer a year, unless you wanted to spend the extra money for another tag.

this buck is real young, ithink he has good genes, he has good eye guards, give him a few more years and see what happens
let him walk then go back in a few years after he passed on some of those beautiful genes then take him when hes bigger….
